We are seeking a proactive and organized Incubation Manager to support and guide startup teams through our incubation program Mazovian Startupolis StartUPolis – StartUPolis. The selected candidate will work directly with up to five startups per cohort and play a vital role in helping founders transform ideas into validated, investment-ready ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Report incubation progress to the Project Coordinator according to program guidelines.
✔️ Co-develop the Individual Incubation Plan (IIP) with each startup, tailored to their business needs.
✔️ Select and coordinate core and specialized services necessary for startup development; prepare and update the service declaration aligned with each startup’s IIP.
✔️ Support the development of the business model, including hypothesis testing, in collaboration with ecosystem partners (where applicable).
✔️ Assist in the development and testing of MVPs.
✔️ Recommend mentors for business and technology development (if needed).
✔️ Monitor and assess the incubation progress according to defined milestones.
✔️ Prepare and submit a final report after each startup’s incubation process is completed.
✔️ Compile ongoing and final incubation documentation in compliance with program requirements.
✔️ Maintain up-to-date progress records using designated project management tools (if applicable).
✔️ Maintain regular contact with startup teams to monitor IIP implementation.
✔️ Oversee the delivery of all planned services (basic and specialized) in line with the IIP.
✔️ Respond to startup complaints or concerns (after consulting with the Project Manager), within the specified timeframe outlined by the program documentation.
✔️ Participate in training sessions, workshops, meetings, and demo days, as requested by the Project Coordinator.
Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience in startup incubation, acceleration, or innovation program management, preferably in the Platformy Startowe grant schemes
✔️ Familiarity with early-stage business development, MVP design, and lean startup methodologies.
✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills.
✔️ Ability to work with diverse startup teams and external partners.
✔️ Experience with project documentation and reporting.
✔️ Availability to support multiple startups simultaneously
✔️ Experience with incubation projects funded by the EU
✔️ Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
