2nd December 2024 in The Westin Warsaw Hotel, financial and insurance industry leaders will once again meet at FinTech & InsurTech Digital Congress. This key event provides a platform to share experiences and discuss the latest technology trends and strategic challenges and opportunities facing the fintech and insurtech sector in Poland.

The chairman of the Program Council will open the congress: Marcin Petrykowski, CEO & Senior Advisor Finance and Technology, Paulina Skrzypińska, Chief Innovation Officer, BNP Paribas Bank Polska oraz Jan Kastory, Founding Partner, astorya.vc.

The event’s topics will cover a broad spectrum of issues in three key thematic blocks.

The first topic area, entitled Future of Finance & Investments, will cover examples of global scaling strategies for companies that turn local successes into global ambitions. Experts will also discuss innovative growth models, the evolution of finance’s integration with other sectors, and key issues related to strategic risk management. Topics on new investment dynamics and capital challenges, such as attracting foreign capital and supporting the development of the investment ecosystem in Poland and the CEE region, will be discussed.

In the last part of the event, Digitalization & Personalization participants will focus on the digitisation and personalisation of financial services and learn the findings of a report on the role of the customer in technology. In addition, experts will discuss the impact of digital agents on customer interactions, as well as users’ growing expectations of financial and insurance services. The discussion will also cover banks’ strategies for adapting to new security requirements and the importance of hyper-personalization in digital customer acquisition.
